The check-in process needs to be expedited!!! Additionally, maintenance on light fixtures, water amenities, and cleaning protocols require immediate attention to avoid guest frustration and discomfort.

My room was pretty comfy, had good WiFi and air conditioning. The bed was clean and cozy. I did notice some light bulbs out, which was annoying. The bathroom could use some cleaning, and I found a bit of wear and tear. But overall, not a bad spot to crash after a long day.

The room was alright, comfy beds for sure! But there was mold in the bathroom from the ventilation not being great. Pool area? Gorgeous! Staff was a bit off—some guys in the restaurant seemed like they didn’t care much. Breakfast was eh, they stopped refilling stuff too early. Better to eat out for the price.
