The check-in process needs to be expedited!!! Maintenance on light fixtures, water amenities, and cleaning protocols require immediate attention to avoid guest frustration and discomfort.

The hotel is in a good position and the airport is 1 km away. It's in a very comfortable building in the cute area...

Everything was fine, had a very peaceful stay at my previous visit. The staff were responsive and very professional and knew the area. The location was best possible, almost close to the airport, with a pleasant view. This hotel met the purpose in every way, couldn't recommend more.

My room was pretty comfy, had good WiFi and air conditioning. The bed was clean and cozy. I did notice some light bulbs out, annoying. The bathroom could use some cleaning, and I found a bit of wear and tear. But overall, not a bad spot to crash after a long day.

Location: the hotel was just off Haiti and the airport and the restaurant.

Clean hotel, and the staff were accommodating and decent, location was magnificent in the centre. The room was well-appointed with very good beds and pillows when I arrived. The outdoor bar was superb, loved this place.

Facilities were excellent, nevertheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

Good stay but food's pricey

The room was alright, comfy beds for sure! But there was mold in the bathroom from the ventilation not being great. Pool area? Gorgeous! Staff was a bit off-some guys in the restaurant seemed like they didn't care much. Breakfast was eh, they stopped refilling stuff too early. Better to eat out for the price.

The room was spacious with comfy beds and cool air conditioning. Had a tv and cable channels. The private bathroom was clean but needed a little upkeep. Breakfast included fresh pastries, and staff were friendly and helpful. Location is super close to the airport which is a big plus.

We really enjoyed the spacious family room, which worked well for us with babies. The complimentary area shuttle made it easy to explore nearby sights without any hassle.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly amenities available.
